Dressing Room was remade into a camper so that s why I list it as having living quarters there is a double sized bed in gooseneck area with plenty of hooks throughout cabin for hanging clothing, a closet with shelves, and a cabinet with 2 shelves that we kept all our kitchen gear in it s a wrap around so it doubles as a step to get up into the bed area and contains space for a large ice cooler . Trailer is also plumbed for propane with a connector right outside the camper door for hooking up your grill or stove. It also has a large awning that shows signs of wear but is still functional. Outside of trailer has been thoroughly sanded and then covered with a layer of POR Paint Over Rust . On top of the POR is a coat of white enamel tractor paint. It s never been driven in winter salty roads. Stored inside a Versatube or barn throughout its life. We ve pre-owned this trailer regularly as a camper we were able to store enough kitchen implements and clothing to live in it for a month at a time in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan .
